Plans and Pricing

Annual Subscription (Recommended)

• Users who choose the annual subscription make a one-time payment and enjoy a 50% discount on the monthly rate compared to the monthly subscription. • This option not only helps you save costs but also ensures uninterrupted access to all features for a full year. • Annual subscription credits are issued in full at the time of payment and remain valid for one year. • Please note that annual subscriptions do not automatically renew for the following year.

Monthly Subscription

• After the first month's payment, the subscription will automatically renew the following month. • If the renewal fails due to an issue on your end (such as insufficient funds in your bank account), your account will automatically revert to the free plan the following month. • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the workspace, or request our assistance by emailing

Plan Upgrade Policies

• After logging in, you can upgrade your plan by contacting us.

• When upgrading to an annual plan, your previous plan's balance will automatically be applied as a credit.

• For users on a monthly plan who paid with Stripe, the remaining balance will be automatically applied if upgrading to another monthly plan.

• For users on a monthly plan who paid with PayPal, the remaining balance cannot be automatically applied due to PayPal's policies.

Cancellation Policies

Annual Subscribers

• Since annual subscriptions do not automatically renew for the following year, there is no need to cancel.

Monthly Subscribers

• After the first month's payment, the subscription will automatically renew the following month, with no additional fees. • Please note that your current subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, after which your account will revert to the free plan. • Any data saved in Ad Library will not be lost.

Refund Policies

• Before making any payments, we kindly ask that you carefully read the Terms and Conditions.

• It is strongly recommended that you familiarize yourself with the features and functionality of our product before placing an order to avoid situations that may require a refund.

Response Time

Refund Eligibility (Rare Cases Only)

We will only accept refund requests for the following reasons:

• Within 24 hours of the first payment (Promotions non-refundable).

Important Notes

• The first payment refers to the initial payment and does not include renewals, plan upgrades, or repurchases.

• Refunds are not supported within 24 hours after automatic renewal for monthly subscriptions; in this case, you may cancel your subscription.

• We do not guarantee refunds for lack of usage or dissatisfaction.

• Promotional prices are non-refundable.
